1. Operator and agreement

Vocalore at https://vocalore.co is operated by 刘佳宇 (Jiayu Liu), an individual based in China, serving users worldwide. In these terms, “we” means this operator. Contact jiayu.liu.nankai@gmail.com for support, billing, refunds, privacy, or security matters.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. By creating an account or purchasing a song gift, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. The service and pricing

You can submit a memory, review and edit an AI lyric preview, then create AI-generated music. Lyric previews are free within daily usage limits. Each account gets one free song generation for listening. A one-time $1.00 USD purchase unlocks downloads and sharing for that gift; additional song gifts require payment and include two generated versions. The final amount, including applicable tax, is displayed before payment. Current offers appear on our pricing page.

This is a digital service, with no physical shipment. Payment confirmation unlocks the purchased functionality; new music is generated asynchronously and becomes available in your account when complete. Generation time depends on provider availability. A purchase does not start a subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic top-up.

3. Your account and input

Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Report suspected unauthorized access to the contact email above. Submit only material you have the right to use and share, including any personal information about recipients or other people. You remain responsible for the details you choose to put in a song or share with a recipient.

You retain your rights in your input. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process it, send it to generation providers, and host and deliver the result to provide the service. Publishing a gift also authorizes the sharing described below.

4. Acceptable use

Content standards and prohibited categories

The service is for family-friendly song gifts. You must not submit, request, generate, edit, buy, publish, or share content in any of these categories, whether involving real or fictional people or AI-generated material:

• Pornography and NSFW material: sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, or adult sexual material. Ordinary non-explicit love, affection, and romance are allowed.
• Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, extreme gore, or content that encourages, threatens, or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
• Hate speech: attacks, dehumanization, slurs, or incitement to discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
• Child endangerment: sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or content that encourages abuse or harm to children, including fictional or AI-generated depictions.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive impersonation of a real person, unauthorized voice cloning, or fabricated endorsements and statements presented as authentic.
• Copyright, trademark, and privacy infringement: unlicensed use of protected lyrics, recordings, brands, or another person's personal information, and other violations of third-party rights.

These standards apply to stories, prompts, recipient names, titles, lyrics, audio, and gift pages. Illegal activity, harassment, threats, fraud, bypassing safeguards, account misuse, attacks on the service, and systematic extraction to abuse the service or train competing models are also prohibited. Payment does not authorize prohibited use.

Platform content review and reports

The operator, 刘佳宇 (Jiayu Liu), handles content reports and appeals through manual review. This is a report-driven process; we do not claim that every input or output is manually approved in advance or continuously monitored. Generation providers may independently reject requests under their own safeguards.

1. Report: email jiayu.liu.nankai@gmail.com or open a support ticket. Include the gift link or reference, the relevant category, and a short explanation. Do not attach explicit, graphic, or child sexual abuse material. Rights holders may include evidence of ownership or authorization for an infringement report.
2. Review: the operator checks the report, relevant story, lyrics, audio, and account or generation records only as necessary to investigate. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide an outcome within 7 business days. If a case needs more time, we explain the delay and next steps. Urgent reports involving child safety, credible threats, or other serious harm are prioritized, and access to reported content may be restricted while it is reviewed.
3. Action: when a violation is confirmed, we may reject or stop a request, remove or restrict content, revoke a public gift link, warn the account holder, or suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. Where legally required, we may preserve relevant evidence or report the matter to the appropriate authorities. We communicate the outcome to the reporter and affected account holder where appropriate and legally permitted, without disclosing unnecessary personal information.
4. Appeal: reply to the outcome email or ticket with the reference and any relevant explanation. The operator re-examines the decision and aims to respond within 7 business days, explaining any delay. Restrictions are reversed when the review shows that they were applied in error.

5. AI generation and rights

Our current AI services are accessed through KIE:

• Suno V5: generates the song's music and synthetic singing voice from the reviewed lyrics.
• Suno lyrics generation service: creates the editable lyric preview.
• Google Gemini 2.5 Flash: condenses longer memories into a short songwriting brief when necessary. It does not write the final lyrics or generate the singing voice.

The singer is AI-generated, not a human studio performer or a cloned real singer. Provider outages may delay or prevent generation. Any change to this model lineup will be reflected in these terms and our About page.

AI output may contain pronunciation, factual, or stylistic imperfections. Review and edit lyrics before purchase. We do not guarantee a particular voice, melody, emotional response, uniqueness, exclusivity, copyright protection, or commercial-use entitlement. The service is intended for personal gifts; check applicable provider terms and third-party rights before commercial use. We do not use your stories or lyrics to train our own AI models.

6. Payment, cancellations, and refunds

Waffo Pancake processes payments when selected at checkout; Creem may process purchases made through its checkout. The applicable provider is identified during payment and handles payment card information. We store order references, transaction amounts, and payment status, not full card numbers or card security codes. Completing checkout authorizes the one-time charge displayed there.

A cancelled or unconfirmed checkout does not unlock paid features. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Do not purchase the same gift again to recover a pending generation.

If you encounter a duplicate or incorrect charge, an unsuccessful paid generation, or a purchased feature that cannot be delivered, email jiayu.liu.nankai@gmail.com or open a support ticket. Provide your account email, order reference, and a description of the problem; never send passwords or full card details. We will investigate and arrange a correction, retry, or refund as appropriate. When a paid service cannot be supplied, you may request a refund for the undelivered service. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method; bank processing times vary.

AI results may differ from a subjective expectation, so we assess quality complaints against what was offered and delivered. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights. An immediate digital delivery does not by itself waive rights that require your separate express consent.

7. Saving and sharing

Download completed audio promptly. Provider-hosted audio may expire after 14 days; indefinite online availability is not promised. Publishing an unlisted gift page makes its song, recipient, title, and lyrics accessible to anyone with the link. Your original story and payment details are not included in that public page.

You can revoke a link from your library, but copies already saved by others cannot be recalled. Gift pages are marked not to be indexed; this does not make them password-protected.

8. Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Policy describes recipients of your data, retention periods, and your rights. You may request account closure or deletion by emailing us from your account email. After identity verification, deletion requests are handled within 30 days, subject to required record retention and applicable law. Account closure does not erase records we must retain or remove copies other people have already saved.

9. Availability and liability

Availability depends on hosting, payment, and AI providers. We may apply reasonable preview limits, restrict abuse, or suspend access for security, legal obligations, or serious violations. If we stop providing a paid service for reasons unrelated to your violation, we will arrange a refund for the undelivered portion.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee that AI output is error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for indirect losses to the extent their exclusion is lawful. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.

10. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without excluding mandatory protections available to you under applicable consumer law. Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution of a dispute. This does not restrict your right to contact your payment provider, a regulator, or a competent court.

Material changes will be notified through the service or your account email at least 15 days before taking effect, unless a legal or security requirement calls for an earlier change. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
